Kirton Lindsey Primary School has an Interim Executive Board (IEB). An IEB provides interim expertise and high quality governance to support future improvement in a maintained school. The Local Authority (North Lincolnshire Council), IEB and Headteacher are responsible for the school.
The IEB has three core functions:
Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff; and
Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent.
The Chair of the IEB is Mr Richard Ellam
